This is not a serious, irresponsible company. Doesn't deliver on time. And also does not answer calls and messages.

At the recommendation of a friend we utilized Reliable Auto Carrier Corp. Out of Kissimmee, FL to ship two of our vehicles from Chicago to Miami. Both vehicles were new or newer. A 2019 Mercedes S class & a 2021 Cadillac Escalade.
Their driver picked up our vehicles on the Monday, December 6th, and we were told they should be there in a couple days.
The next morning around 10:30 we decided to check the GPS through the app on our vehicles to see how far they had made it. We noticed that the driver was at a local auto auction near our house.
Around 6:30 later that evening as we were starting driving our loaded moving truck toward Florida, we received a call from the driver that our 2021 Escalade was locked and would not start from the remote or unlock. I asked the driver if he had left it with any electronics on as it seems that the car battery had died. He stated that no he did not. He stated that he could not figure it out. Under fear that he would leave the car there, and we would be stuck figuring out what do while being out of state, we drove back to meet the driver at the auto auction location. Suspecting it was a dead battery we also called roadside assistance to come there.
About an 2 hours later, roadside assistance met us at the auto auction, they unlocked it and jumped the car. Immediately after connecting the jumper cables to the battery we found that the driver had left the blinkers running. Being this was a brand spanking new 2021 Escalade, we asked the driver why he did not mention that he had the blinkers running, and if had them running the entire 8 hours plus that we knew he was at the auto auctions. The driver denied and stated he only moved it a short while.
Due to this delay we missed our load in doc time for our condo building in Fl , the next available slot was 7 days out. , we moved all furniture into storage.
