I hereby formally declare my extreme dissatisfaction with Rapid Auto Group LLC. Despite a confirmed pick-up date of July 15th. The customer contacted me 3 days following the scheduled pick-up date, expressing that the car had not yet been picked up. Subsequently, the customer decided to cancel the order due to this issue with this company.
This significant breach of contract demonstrates a clear disregard for agreed-upon terms and a lack of reliability. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against conducting business with Rapid Auto Group LLC and cannot recommend their services.
This company is not worth even a single-star rating.

They delivered my car with paint stains and dents on it. Tried contacting regarding issue to resolve there is no response. They also charge me extra 150 for insurance during shipping quote.

Had my Ford Escape shipped from NYC to Seattle, WA in June 2020. Was very impressed with Rapid Auto Group, LLC. They were responsive to my requests for status updates and flexible when I needed to make a change to the delivery location. They utilize a slick technology platform that allows the driver and customer to perform the vehicle inspections on pickup and delivery via smartphone. I would highly recommend Rapid Auto Group, LLC. And if a broker assigns this carrier to you (as mine did) you can rest assured that they will treat you right.
