Easily one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Driver calls me at 10am EST and states he will be at the drop off spot by 1pm. I called while on the way there around 1:05pm to let him know I was 3 minutes out. He said he was already there, and car is ready to go. When I arrived, driver was no where to be found and so I proceed to call to get an eta. He immediately begins screaming at me and my fiancé stating we need to be patient, he's unloading the car, and a bunch of other things I could not really understand. I simply asked "I just would like to know where my car is, and how long I should expect to wait. He then hangs ip on me, so we call his dispatcher. She was extremely condescending and also hung up on me. Several minutes later the driver arrives and as soon as he gets out the car, threatens to call the police on me, for what reason I am unsure, and starts recording my fiancé because she called him an a**. Would recommend you use ANY other service than this one. They do not need to be in business if that is how they treat paying customers.

Horrible! A week late did not deliver door to door, and asked for more money! Do not use this company ever!
