Horrible experience. Vehicle was damaged during transport. Photos confirm. UZB agreed to pay for damages but didn't want to pay full amount. We finally agreed to a lesser amount. UZB sent check which bounced. He said he would send another which never happened. Now won't answer our calls or email. What a low life trucking firm. Stay away from this company by all means. They don't carry insurance!

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT My car arrived with a thick layer of dirt, so I explained to the driver that there is no way for me to inspect the car in this condition. I drove straight to a car wash and went through twice. Upon drying my car, the entire hood of my BMW was covered in bubbles. I contacted the driver and he said, it was not scratched or damaged. I explained to him the condition of the car and he said something must have spilled onto it from the car above and completely dismissed my concerns. I explained to him that this is damage and what is the next step to handle this situation. His response was I don't know. I then asked him if he had seen this before and he said something spilled and I would have to take it to a body shop or a detail shop to see what they can do for me. He then repeated that this car is not scratched . I wonder how he would know that with a layer of dirt on the car. I literally could not drive the car it was so thick. So you're supposed to inspect your car upon receipt, but you can't until it's washed. WHAT?
