I had Citi Towing tow my mothers car to Firestone this past Monday. The tow truck driver when asked about it, said that he would let the associate’s at Firestone know who to call and assured my mother that it would be taken care of. They ended up leaving my mother’s car at Firestone and ignored the fact that the Firestone was shut down due to a mandatory evacuation. Her key was left in the lock box and her car will sit there until the shop opens back up and she is now stuck without a car for an unforeseen amount of time. When I called to see if anything could be done about this, the company associate who answered the phone for Citi towing was all together rude, unprofessional, and just plain mean about the situation. This was done through roadside assistance with USAA and I will be contacting them to know how citi towing should not be used and treated my mother and I with disrespect and poor customer service.
