Extremely rude and hostile driver and coordinator. They did not call the recipient of the car with advanced notice of when the car would be delivered, but instead called her when he already arrived and demanded someone pick it up within an hour (otherwise they'd take it to an out-of-state local towing). She was in an important client meeting so I had to work out a solution with them. They were being uncooperative - the driver was unjustifiably extremely angry and did not pick up my calls so I had to problem solve with the coordinator. Furthermore, the driver never called me ahead of time to let me know what time he'd pick up the car. I had to hunt down his phone number and call him 12 hours in advance. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Do not recommend

My Porsche was delivered with undercarriage damage where a heavy set trucker offloaded the car which was on the lower ramp. It was scraped and broke a coupler and a hose only in the drivers side. Damage was $1176.00. The broker, who was Road Runner have also denied the claim though according to the shop the damage is consistent with the car being scraped during offloading. I highly suggest avoiding both companies. Road Runner all but stalked me to get the business. Edish LLC is a joke in terms of integrity and honesty. Find another way to ship your car especially if it’s low on the ground. I’m going to hire a lawyer. Hopefully this will save someone else the disappointment and money.
