I would only recommend this company to someone I hate. I am not a high maintenance, whiny person, and writing a review is completely out of character for me, but this was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. - My car was picked up 24 hours ahead of time, at 7 o'clock in the morning, by a driver different than the one I had been assigned. - My car was delivered 24 hours ahead of schedule, before I had even moved, and the driver was 4 and a half hours later than he said he would be, so my boyfriend was up all night waiting (the car was supposed to be delivered at 2am and was delivered at 6:40). Maybe not a big deal to some people, but my boyfriend is in the military and had to go into work for a 24 hour duty shift where he will get no sleep, after already having not slept for 24 hours. This was after several arguments with the driver, where he refused to work with me and even refused to deliver my car if I didn't do things his way. (Side note: BRAND NEW CAR.) -The driver and the woman in the dispatch office were extremely rude. I was lectured by both, and the woman in the office spent several minutes arguing with me in a condescending tone over what day my car had been picked up, as if I was too stupid to remember. When I explained that my car hadn't been picked up on Saturday, since I spent the day getting ready for/having my going away party, she finally backed off. - I ended up paying more than I was quoted, since due to the fact that the driver insisted on delivering my car early, I had to pay some of his money via PayPal (my boyfriend could only take so much out of the ATM) and therefore had to pay extra fees. This company was terrible. My car did make it across the country safely, but my overall experience was awful.
