One of our vehicles got stolen while it was in their driver's possession, they haven't paid for the claim and are completely ignoring our attorney's letters and calls, we're about to take legal actions against them.

Do NOT use this carrier. The driver who picked our car did not speak English and asked us to sign a blank screen on his cell phone. When we asked what we were signing, he was unable to explain. Our car was already on his truck, so he literally drove off with it while we were trying to get help from the company on our phone.
The driver clearly transported something INSIDE the car, as there were interior damages when the car arrived. The company won't take responsibility for the damages because they forged our signatures on the drop off/pick up checklist.
Beyond irresponsible, this carrier does illegal and damaging activity. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Take your business elsewhere.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!
Claimed the picknup of the vehicle over a hour before he even showed up, then parked his truck down the road, refused to drive to the house and demanded the keys to drive the car to the truck. Then claimed he could not start the car. Driver does not know how to drive standard transmission. (As the car started for the next company I went with.) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TRY AND STEAL YOUR MONEY AND VEHICLE

Gold auto logistics damaged my vehicle they were hauling and never paid for the damages they caused even after providing so much evidence and video surveillance, I will never use this company again don’t make the mistake I did to use this company.

Not a good experience what so ever! I would not ever use again. Had a car transported. Took longer than they expected and never any communication from the company only when I called. Again, I would not use again!!
