My initial intention would have been to rate this company 10 stars. The pickup and drop off was an uncomplicated affair. However the 1-star rating comes from the company's action after their service. Someone named "Benjamin" decided to contact my sister and myself about a payment that his company supposedly never received. I informed Benjamin that I had paid the FULL amount to the company that contracted Pure Transport prior to the pickup of my vehicle and that I have been informed by the company that I contracted through that Pure Transport HAD been paid but was "trying to collect double". I suggested that he follow up with shipping company through his legal team if payment had not been received which is the PROPER legal way to go about resolving a dispute concerning transportation contracted companies. Instead "Benjamin" contacts me again requesting that I send him payment documents (which I don't owe him or his company since I had no contract with either of them). I kindly informed "Benjamin" that if he insisted on involving me in this dispute between the two companies then I would have to get my legal counsel involved to protect myself from whatever fallout. I asked for his full name and a phone number. He provided neither. Instead insisting that I have my lawyer contact him via a random unverifiable Gmail account. And so here we are. I'd steer clear of this company if you're looking for professionalism and business acumen.
