Great 1st car transport experience. Dealing with Future Car Transport was so easy and a pleasure to work with the professional people. I will recommend to my friends and would use them again next year.

Damaged car and our denying claim. Very unprofessional. Actually cursed me out several times over the phone. Would not deliver car over cod dispute in which I told them I would give them credit card like requested. Forced to pay redelivery because hot head Sebastian was extremely unreasonable and rude. Was like working with a spoiled child. Hung up on me several time and cursed me out 5 times. Still working with their insurance company which they clear caused damage purposefully. Keyes the top of a Jaguar F type. Crazy people. Renata the dispatcher told me the car looked like a black person had been driving it. Very racist and inappropriate. What does the even mean? Do not use them. Horrible experience and horrible people. Do no use them or you will be extremely sorry. I know I am. I ship 100's of cars and have never had such a bad experience in my 20 plus years of being in the transportation industry. Would give the a negative 10 rating but it would only let me give the a 1
