DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They picked up the car 3 days late and dropped it off at the wrong time. Refused to meet at quoted pickup and drop-off locations. Lied constantly about estimated times for pickup and delivery (would say they were 30 minutes away and show up 2 hours later). Lied about contactimg you and said you were making things up. Refused to let the car off the truck without paying almost $900 extra. Would give negitive Stars if I could.

Wish we had met Jana Transportation sooner. Dealing with Montway and SGT was a joke. Jana Transportation picked up our car on time and delivered early. The driver and dispatch were all courteous and respectful of our property. We have to do this 2,000 mile trip from California to Georgia quite a few more times and will not use anyone else.

Ease of dealing with them, courteous people, reasonable pricing, safe delivery of my vehicle and their flexibility to work with their customers are the major consideration I went with them through Montway Auto transport / Jana transportation

Moved vehicles in the past using multiple carriers. This company by far and away is the worst to work with. Very condescending when someone DOES answer. What was agreed upon does not happen, and they DO NOT care. And the driver they sent, fits in nicely with this company. Just as rude and condescending. Told us one thing on pick up, completely opposite on delivery. No regard to the requests or needs for the people paying the bill. They know they have you over the barrel as this industry is not regulated, and they know it. Do NOT use this company.

This carrier service partnered with another service Movewheels.com. They were aware that a deposit was made yet they refused to deliver the vehicle to us without paying the deposit for a second time even though they had proof of payment. They came 3 days later than agreed upon. Did not deliver to agreed upon address, threatened to take the car to Philadelphia, charge storage fee and not return the car for another 3 weeks. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Please please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Worst customer service ever. Rude and condescending staff including manager. Called me a liar and indeed it was the other way around. But what can you do, they have your vehicle and you are at their mercy. My car came three days later than estimated and they yelled at me repeatedly when I tried to get it resolved until it finally showed up. Horrible experience! Driver spoke zero English so I could not even guide him in when he finally was nearby. I had to walk over a half mile to get to him.....Never again! I would give zero start but it will not allow me to!!!

Jana said my car would be delivered to Virginia on Tuesday. On Monday morning, while I was in a meeting, Joey called repeatedly, and rudely yelled at me because payment wasn't ready. Threatened to take my car to a junkyard in Philadelphia. Although the driver was really nice, the management here is awful. Hire someone else.

DAMAGED MY VEHICLE AND REFUSES TO EVEN CONTACT ME. Finally got a hold of the owner and was hung up on. My vehicle was shipped from San Diego, CA to Raleigh, NC and arrived with dents to the roof and dents to the driver side door.
They drivers demand/require cash at pickup. My vehicle arrived and when I texted the driver regarding the damage I heard nothing back.
I called and was given the information to the driver's insurance provider. Long story short, the person did not even leave a name, a phone number, link to a website or identify who they were. The email they contacted me was a generic Gmail.
No one has even attempted to contact me directly and I finally spoke to the owner today and he refused to hear me out or let me speak. He lied about the incident, accused me of being a scammer and hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
