Waited over 2 hours for a guy to show up in a pickup truck with a extended dolly on the hitch for my Accord HFP. He asked me to sign the damage waiver and looking at the damage to my car. Said if he damages it insurance will take care of it. The waiver said they are not responsible for any damage. They were supposed to be there in 45 minutes no call or nothing. Just left me on the side of the road in the cold.

Specialty Tow told us they would be there within 35 minutes. We waited TWO HOURS before the cops finally made us call another tow service. When we called to see where they were and how long they would take, they quit answering their phones. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM. Instead use Jackson County Tow, they were there in 5 minutes.
