unprofessional company, do never update , you have to call more than 50 times in 3 days to try to get info. After 4 days they end up canceling load, Very unprofessional. I keep calling and no response, if i had response it was , call back later.... Do not deal with them in case you are on time matter, you gone loose a lot of time and get extremely anxious!

On a haul from Tennessee to California. My driver worked through the beginning of the Coronavirus crisis, delivered my car early, and ensured that it was parked in my new apartment complex' parking garage safely and ensured he got a parking pass on the car so my car wasn't towed, as I was unable to relocate on time. Updated me every step of the way and went above and beyond. Thankful for my driver and all the truckers out there.

I bought a car from Texas the car was delivered 6 days later and not away from the contracted location. The driver was not able to unload the car off the truck. Do yourself the favor and runaway divers are horrible unprofessional and dishonest. My delivery was late twice. My vehicle was damaged and the Company denied my claim. I would not recommend. Good reviews Reviews for this company are probably fake do your research and save yourself the headaches and money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Even if you go through a broker and they say this company is reliable, just run away and wait for another company. These guys held my new car in their lot for a week. Kept saying they would deliver it the next day and kept making excuses as each day passed. Finally, when they delivered my vehicle around 9pm (5 hours past the time they said), I found out that they actually drove the my car to my house instead of bringing it on a truck like they were supposed to. AVOID PAPER IMPEX USA, INC AT ANY COST!

This company is unsafe and unreliable. Had my car tolled on Tuesday. Initially told me estimated date of arrival was on Thursday. Today I was called by my broker that car was dumped in the area on Saturday without any phone call. I have not arrived at the place yet. Also, they promised me to store the car due to earlier estimate arrival time, but they did not follow through. I do not know where my car is located, or is it in a safe location!

Absolute nightmare!! Original delivery was stated to be from 2/17-2/19. I get a call from dispatch on 2/6 that the driver was a couple hours away and ready to deliver. We were still half way across the country so that obviously wouldn’t work. Informed the dispatcher of this. The driver WOULD NOT work with us to deliver it to another location where my family could pick it up. Dispatcher stated we’d have to pay to have it redelivered at a different date. Finally agreed to just have them keep it in their storage while we figured out what to do. Finished our drive across country and by 2/12 still had never got contacted by the dispatch again, so I reached out to my company who coordinated all of this with this car carrier. They were absolutely appalled at what happened, as the last they had spoke with the car carriers they were supposed to deliver the truck to us on 2/9. Keep in mind the driver or dispatch had not contacted us at all about that. Finally come to an agreement to have the truck delivered on 2/13. Instead of delivering the truck to us as informed it would be (we were at a hotel with a perfectly acceptable size parking lot for the driver to unload in), the driver insists we met him at another location that he already had to do another delivery at. Fine. We’ll work with that because we just want our damn vehicle back. We were informed by dispatch around 6:30 that the driver was just then leaving their facility in Philly, so it would be 2 hours max for the driver to get there and the driver would call us when he was 30 minutes out so we could head to the meet up spot. Again, fine. After not getting a phone call after 2 hours, we decide to just drive to the meet up spot, so we get there around 8:30. Called dispatch, but it was after hours so we called their ‘emergency” number about 10 times but we’re not able to get in contact with anyone. 9:30 comes around and the driver finally gets to the spot. Would give ‘0’ stars if I could!!!!!!

Do not use this car hauler. They arrive at a different time than what they schedule. In our case 10:30pm the night before. Then when they arrive you'll find your car damaged from the driver and no one will take responsibility for the damage. Find another car hauler unless you want your car damaged.

Lie about where the driver is, lie about delivery date. VEHICLE BEING TRANSPORTED WAS DRIVEN & A MESS WAS LEFT INSDIDE!!! this company is terrible .
