They were horrible. First off like I told you, the driver pretty much did not speak any english. His communication was pretty bad in pinpointing the ETA. After deciphering our conversation I was left wondering. Am I supposed to go meet him? I didn't really know what was going on so I contacted my neighbor and we drove up the street where I thought he might be. And sure enough, there he is in a lane of traffic unloading my car.! Then of course, the battery was dead. His charger did not work even though he said it was "very good." Then we finally had him put the car back up on the trailer and move into the parking lot where my neighbor connected his charger and it started right up. Then it came time to pay the driver. I brought my Visa and also a check because I did not know what he accepted for payment. He said he accepted Zelle (which I do not have). I told him I have venmo though. Then he got on the phone with his boss "Ozod Haydarov". They are going back and forth in their language and then the driver put him on speaker phone with me. He (Ozod) told me to look up His phone number in venmo and pay him through that. I looked up his phone number and it did not exist. So then they told me to look him up by his name. And I saw it. So I tried to submit $900 to him through venmo. And I got a message on venmo saying that he needed to check his bank account for 2 small deposits that they put in to it. And then he was supposed to tell me those 2 amounts. So I could enter it in on my end and then verify it. Long story short, he is screaming at me on the phone telling me I don't know what I'm talking about and basically accusing me of trying to not pay him and he has never had to do that before on venmo, and he doesn't need to tell me anything about his bank accounts blah blah blah yelling at me, talking over me! Then he threatens that if I don't pay cash right then and there, They are going to put my car back up on the trailer and take it away!! (No more room!)

This is the shittiest company known to mankind, they will lie about pickup date, lie about drop off date they are lazy money hungry bastards. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else.

We dispatched on Thursday morning to pick up Friday and to deliver same day or next day.He picked up Monday so I have to pay for storage all weekend , Wednesday he said he took the car to his yard in PA meanwhile this was a dispatch from NY TO NJ. he called Thursday @12:30am (midnight) to receive at warehouse.I was scared for my life.He took the car to his yard in PA. he charged me extra $200 in addition to dispatched price and also I have to arrange another company to pick up from him to NJ. I was traumitized by his attitude . Please don't use this company

Carrier was a no-call no-show for 5 consecutive days for a repeat dealer client. Stay away from this carrier, they have been banned from our network.
