Great place. I would recommend this transportation service as it was perfect. The workers were nice, the manager was helpful, and when my car was shipping to New York, they sent it their in only 2 days!

I had a great experience with them shipping my 2 vehicles from KY to CA. They were honest and professional, delivered my cars on time without any damage . They don’t accept credit card or personal check for payment just like any other carriers.

I went to a broker to get my car shipped. They gave me the run around after I placed my order, different dates and times. Then the rate kept changing. Finally, they sent Top Zet . They came on the date I was told and the time. They told me that my car would be delivered near my house and I will need to pick it up and it would be daytime. I was fine because I lived on a small street in a small area. All the things I packed in my car were ok, I am going to be using them this month and I expect the good service I got last time. Will never use a broker again.

After this company accepted my transport from Sherpa Auto, I did not hear from them until 20 minutes before they were arriving to pick up my vehicles, despite booking months in advanced and trying to contact them multiple times. When the driver arrived, he was unbelievably rude. My husband went to greet the driver, and he put his hand into my husbands face to make him wait while the driver used the phone. I told him this was my first time transporting vehicles, and when I asked if the vehicle he brought was the one transporting, he made fun of me and said-very condescendingly-"Do you think I could travel across country in that?" If that wasn't enough, the driver (a different employee of TOP ZET Inc.) arrived 3 days earlier than the agreed upon time, called us at 7:30pm expecting us to meet him in a parking lot with $2,735 cash, and then pouted when we said we were unable to meet him right then-and-there. The early arrival wouldn't have been an issue (I understand trucking is an unpredictable job) if he had just contacted us! When we explained that we could meet him the following day after the banks opened, he whined until my husband agreed to try a cash app (despite my explaining to the driver that an app wouldn't let us send that much). Low-and-behold, we tried to send him payment via his chosen app three times the next day and it didn't work. After all his complaining and griping, he ended up getting paid exactly when we said he would and did not get a tip because of his attitude. For reference, the other transport we had for our dogs received a $200 tip, because he did his job, communicated so well, and had a great attitude. One of our cars has also been suddenly and suspiciously malfunctioning ever since drop-off. Don't use this company. Ever. They suck so much it took everything in me not to swear on this post.

horrible company. the times and days you are assigned for car drop off will be different, depending on who you speak to. the customer service will be rude, and they will talk over all your questions. i was told my car would be dropped off at 12pm on a certain day, call back and they say oh no we meant 12pm in a different time zone. call back again and they say we never give a specific time for drop offs only ranges. they only take cash yet the drivers don't have any change on them. they took an additional $5 from me due to this and didn't return it. i gave them a drop off address which they agreed to, then they called day of and said i'd need to come pick it up. i refused, the driver came to drop off the car then had the nerve to ask for a ride back to his truck. all around would absolutely not recommend. literally find anyone else.
