Unable to give zero stars or I would. JW Logistics SUCKS! Car picked up on time and was to be delivered in Phoenix on July 22. July 23 no communication as to where car was. I phoned and was told carrier broke down in Utah and no service available until Monday. I was assured by driver and dispatcher I would be contacted on Monday with updated details. No call Monday or Tuesday. I phoned them again on Wed. and was told carrier had major mechanical issues and no idea when my car would arrive. I know things can happen but their lack of communication is inexcusable. I am now renting a car at $65/per day for who knows how long.

JW Logistics sucks! My car was picked up in Seattle on July 19, scheduled to be
delivered to Phoenix on July 21. When I heard nothing, phoned them on July 22
and was told truck broke down in Utah on July 20 and that nothing could be done until Monday a.m. Both driver and dispatcher said they would phone me Monday a.m. Heard nothing from either on Monday or Tuesday. Phoned them again on Wed. and was told truck has severe engine damage, is in Idaho Falls (not Utah) and no ETA. I am forced to rent a car @ $60/day for the foreseable future. I understand many things can delay a shipment but the total lack of
customer service in inexcusable.
