This company is dishonest and liars. They damaged our Van on delivery and then Lied to the insurance company. Vasyl shyyan damaged our van when taking it off truck and knew it. My husband been up in age was Tricked into signing a phone. With no papers for him. DO NOT USE THEM

This company caused damage to my car during transport. I've been fighting with them to pay for the damage and replacement of my car key since July 3, 2017. I've dealt with four employees and three have been rude, condescending, unprofessional, and unkind. One person threatened to leave my daughter and me stranded at their pick-up location around 2 am with luggage and no transportation, in an area I was unfamiliar with. They never returned my key, and when I asked them to find it and mail, drop it off in person, or pay $200 for replacement, they claimed they were not responsible. I'll be taking them to court so a judge can determine what the company should reimburse me for. I might add that I do not reside in the state this happened in, so in addition, I'm spending time and money fighting their foolish and games.
