Used this carrier to ship my son his car from Marysville, WA to Norfolk, Virginia. Picked Up on 10.11.16 and was not delivered until 10.29.16 at 4:00 P.M. Lied to every step of the way. No way it takes 18 days for this drive. Was supposed to be delivered on 10.21.16, then told 10.24.16. Finally got ahold of driver who informs us he is broken down, no delivery until Friday 10.28.16. Still can't deliver on time, delivers it on Saturday late afternoons. My son is deploying to the middle east today. He had a total of 2 days to get everything in order for his deployment because of this incompetent company. He had to rent a u-haul truck for 3 days to get around Norfolk because of this delay costing him $300. This company should be out of business, Do not use this company for your shipping needs, especially if you are in our Armed Forces!!
