This company was terrible, not only were they late but they did not call to acknowledge that they were still not there. Everytime we called, they would keep pushing the time back on when they would arrive.

This is just one very unprofessional guy and a tow truck. Do not use him. My car wouldn't start so my insurance company organized for this company to tow it from our house first thing the next morning. I woke up at 7am to wait for the tow truck. Two hours later, they still had not arrived. My insurance company followed up with them (they never followed up with me or my insurance company) and was told the company was running over 2.5 hours late. I called Chicago West Loop Towing to confirm and a guy clearly driving in a car picked up the phone with a "Yea?" I told him I had an appointment first thing this morning and had been waiting for two hours. All he said was, in an incredibly rude voice, "Well, it is what it is." I asked him again why he was late when I had an appointment and he said "Do you understand the words coming out of my mouth?? That's the situation, do you get it??" No apology, no excuse, or anything. In fact, it was such an unprofessional phone call I couldn't believe I was talking to a legitimate business. I had to ask him if I had called West Loop Towing because I thought I must have dialed the wrong number. After the call, I immediately called my insurance company and demanded that they schedule a different tow company. Thankfully, my insurance company has great customer service and they immediately set me up with someone else. Needless to say, I will never use this company again.
