The driver was very unprofessional. They were assigned to pickup on Friday at 3:00, they call and said it wouldn't be till late Friday about 8:00PM. We said that no problem. But them I call at 8:00 and they said they couldn't make it till Sat. We said ok can you be here at 8:00. the driver said yes. but then He didn't show till 12:30. I tried to call the driver several time and he would not call be back. He finally Text me at 11:30 and said he had over sleep and would be there in 30 min.
We Paid extra to get the car there by Monday. ant then they said they had Mechanical Problems and it wouldn't be there till Thursday. They are not reliable are Professional.
