Loved my experience with Alexa Auto Express, the driver and dispatcher were both very sweet, this was my first experience transporting my vehicle and i could not have asked for a better service !

Alexa Auto Express Inc. shipped my car from Miami Beach to Los Angeles. My car arrived to Los Angeles with ALL of my prized items stolen from the trunk. The terms of agreements clearly states that the valuable items be placed in the trunk. I was forced to move across country and had no choice but to place the items in my car. The owner (Maria if I'm not mistaken) had absolutely no compassion my situation, nor did she believe me. She Boldly claimed that I was lying to her about my belongings being stolen. I cannot go over the fact that the owners of Alexa Auto Express Inc. allow either themselves or their employees to help themselves to others' personal belongings. Please do not do business with these people. They are not good and have no moral.
