This car company damaged my vehicle. The car was to be picked up at a Lexus dealership in Iowa and delivered to Florida. On or prior to delivery the roof was damaged. When I attempted to confront the drivers they drove away. Claim with insurance went no-where. They will not address or make me whole. Terrible company, you have been warned.

I had an excellent experience with US Road Inc in October, 2023. The driver picked up my car in Tehachapi, CA and delivered it to Northern Virginia. The car was delivered in 5 days and was in the exact same condition as it was when it was picked up. The driver was very professional and courteous at both pick up and delivery. Communication was superior the entire time. If only I had such excellent service with my household movers, International Van Lines. (It's been 40 days and I still don't have my items. If they bother to communicate with me it's just excuses and delays.) US Road Inc: A+. International Van Lines: F

My car was transported by this company and damaged. They did not pay for the damages and help in any way. Don't use this company at all.

Originally everything was Ok. Driver came on time ( but he wanna meet at the mall and not by my house -as it was quoted= minor inconvenience ) then real problems started. Delivery track broke TWICE ( trip NY to CA) so delivery date was constantly changing ( which I would understand to some extant) but the “cherry-on-the-cake” was price significant INCREASE after DELIVERY ( and apparently they do have this option in contract fingerprint) Driver was extremely rude and this was the last drop to make me very unhappy. Moreover( as I find out late on) they steel my staff and I can not get it back ( after 2 months ) Thus I want to want to warn anybody to avoid US Road is possible. You should understand that you deal with broker( who could use any delivery service on eh market) thus is you see that broken sell your contract to US road , call broker right away and demand new carrier( unless you are looking for trouble)

The car was picked up the day after I contracted with the broker. The car arrived at the destination one day early! The dispatch team kept me updated and hour before and 24 hours before pick up and delivery. Very professional and easy to work with!
