Absolutely horrible, rude and very difficult to work with. 1 star is way too much, they deserve zero. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. We ship many cars per year and have worked with multiple shippers, this company is an absolute nightmare. Never picked up on time, showed up days later requesting towing to load the car . Requested to order towing upon delivery because they were too lazy to unload a non running car themselves using their trailer winch. Very unprofessional, these guys are amateurs with zero customer service. The worst shipper we have ever worked with!
