Great company, with great customer service. I have moved a lot of port cars with them and they deliver them perfectly. There were some delays but it was understandable due to weather. They are great and I will be using them for sure in the near future.

Awful shipping company. They don't answer their phones and don't deliver as promised. Do not use them at any cost!!

This is our 4th cross country auto transport and by far Prestige Auto Shipping, Portland, OR is the most unprofessional, lazy, uncommunicative company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Our vehicle left WA headed to TX on May 16th to be delivered on or around May 23rd, as of May 31st my $40K truck has not arrived! I was told, after numerous calls to both Road Runner (broker) and Prestige Auto (driver) that the truck broke down in Wyoming and a delay was unavoidable. I understand delays, I understand mechanics and that things happen, what I don't understand is why no one had the professionalism to call me and let me know. The cow that answers the phones at Prestige Auto has at this point TURNED HER PHONE OFF FOR FIVE DAYS!! She decided that I didn't need to be updated and there wasn't anything I could do about it. I've called Road Runner about a thousand times (they said they called but she wasn't responding...duh), I called the driver (also had his phone off) and I called Prestige but no one gives a crap apparently. I finally called the local police and began filing a stolen vehicle report, they called Prestige Auto to follow up and guess what, she called them back! Guess she got that message. I FINALLY found out that my vehicle was in Colorado and possibly scheduled to be delivered on May 31st (that didn't happen), the driver did call me the evening of the 31st to tell me that he should be in my area on June 1st and that I needed to pay him cash only. I have (as per our contract a cashier's check) and when I tried to explain that I had a bank check, he said "no cash, no delivery" again, this is my 4th cross country vehicle transport and as per the contract I have always paid with a cashier's check upon inspection and delivery. If he actually shows up with my vehicle (I still have my doubts) I am going to have the local police facilitate the transaction because if he doesn't take this certified check I'm going to shove it up his @!s.
