We loaded a vehicle on a tow truck with North star towing then they decided our job was not that important so they went to another job with our vehicle on their tow truck now we have been waiting over an hour at the shop for them and when I called I was told it would be delivered sometime today. Never ever use their unprofessional service! Plus we can't even get a receipt for what we paid!

I'm not a customer. Everett backed into my car when I was behind him waiting to make a left turn at a stop light. I opted to not file a report and trust him to fix my car, as I had to be out of town for work the next day (in a company vehicle, giving him time to fix my car himself for a much lower price than an auto body shop would want. IF he did not want to use his insurance, an idea his wife seemed keen on.) Figured someone who had a tow business would understand how important people's cars can be to their livelihood. Biggest mistake ever. No good deed goes unpunished right? He had my car for months and never fixed it, and in fact damaged it even more. Now he refuses to do the right thing and give me his insurance info, or pay for the damage himself. when I called, his wife hung up on me. when I went to his house to confront him, he brought a gun to the door instead of owning his responsibility, long over due. To summarize, I was as cool about this as I could be, giving him every opportunity to do what was right without increasing his insurance premium even, and he repays that by pointing a gun at me. his wife was complicit it this. Avoid these pieces of human filth like a dumpster fire of sewage and plague infected corpses. if you for some reason decide to deal with them, or are forced to against your will (a fate I wouldn't wish on anyone), treat them with the trust and respect you would afford Hitler if Hitler was also a child molester. As a side note, I'd also like to state what a poor driver Everett is. I drive for a living as well. Good situational awareness is needed. Backing up at a red light? Who does that? He said he couldn't see my head lights beneath the tow bed of his truck, but if he had the situational awareness a good driver should have, he would've noticed my head lights pulling up behind him.
