This was the most disgusting experience and terrible service. They picked up my car in Massachusetts on April 30 and delivered it to Los Angeles in the evening of May 12. At first, they promised delivery on May 9, then changed it to May 11, and finally brought it on the 12th.
They have absolutely no respect for your time and don’t keep their promises.

This company caused $2700 worth of damage to my customer vehicle and are refusing to do anything about it. Their insurance will not cover it because their deductible is $5000. They don't return calls or emails. Beware of this company. I will remove this review if they come to a agreement with my customer to compensate him from the damages their driver caused.

This was an elaborate bait and switch. My car was shipped from LA to CT. The driver In LA was difficult asking my asst. to NOT pick the car up in LA but a strange shady place on la cienega and was arguing with her. We had to call the first Carrier in Montway and have them picked up at my home as agreed. When the car arrived at my home it looked fine. BUT within 3 days the handle as shown fell off. Two of my friends had the same problem? when I called my insurance they wldnt cover. when I called Montway they stated I have to call their insurance. The door handle cost $410 to repair. Their insurance, conviently only covered $2500 claims. Same with Montway insurance. I had to go back and forth thru insurance companies. It took months.
How come 2 other random people had their car handle disabled and broken. My friend and another random person. I believe they disable the handle to pack in the cars and to try to disable the alarm during transport. But the drivers dont know what they are doing and place the handles on shabbily. I had my SUV looked at before i left LA because I was going to drive it so i KNOW it was this company who messed it up. The pick up guy in LA was so Sleezy to my assitant I am not surprise they try to get over. I tried to settle so as not to post this but too many people cars are messed up I sent multipel respectful email.s The guy Siarhei Chumasau was a jerk when I sent him an email taunting me to sue.. such idiots.. don't waste your time. To run a respectful business, if you damage someone's good pay for it!

Driver Vaso was excellent on keeping us updated on where he was in the process of pickup and drop off. Very quick delivery. He was very thorough on documenting the condition of the car before and after. Very considerate and professional. Highly recommend

Our driver Andrew was great with pick up and drop off! He was on time, very organized and communicated great with me only pick up and delivery of the car. Everything was easy and my car was delivered to my new state in a breeze. Very happy with Andrew and this company!

I would not recommend this company. They didn’t make the timeline giving and was going to be three hours late. the dispatcher was lost and said he was stopped by the cops. They were not willing to give me a discount for the inconvenience. Told me if i could not make the new time i have to wait until next week for my car. The dispatcher would not give me his managers information and was not professional overall. Then they wanted me to meet them at a parking lot instead of dropping my vehicles off at my home which was what i was paying for as accordingly.

I could not be more displeased with their service. Promises of delivery for two days in a row that did not happen, unprofessional dispatchers and drivers, and mud left on the inside of my vehicle after they took possession. If I had known how unprofessional this company is, I would have driven my vehicles across the country myself.
