DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would have rated it with no stars but wasn't allowed that option. Alan Auto Shipping out of Pennsylvania backed out of our contract at the last minute because they did not sufficiently read in the contract that we needed a company that accepted a credit card form of payment. This left us in a real bind at the very last minute before our military relocation across the country. Plus their customer service during this matter was the absolute worst I've ever encountered. I don't know if the owner of the company is aware of how this particular staff person is treating customers, but if I were him or her, I would promptly fire this young man.

Absolute dishonesty and purely evil. Damaged our BRAND NEW 2017 Ford Raptor F-150 Truck via transport and has lied to us and been uncooperative the entire time while on his way across the United States with our Truck! THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW THAT FORCED ME TO PUSH ON ONE STAR IN ORDER TO SUBMIT, THEY DIDNT EVEN EARN THIS ONE MEASELY STAR WND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF COMMISSION! NO INTEGRITY OR MANNERS, STINKS LIKE A SOILED TOILET AND DESTROYED AN $80,000 TRUCK! AVOID LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE, 110% DISHONESTY AND RUDE TREATMENT EVERY MINUTE OF INTERACTION WITH THIS COMPANY!
