They barely speak english. Dispatcher doesn’t answer the phone. They stole my ezpass and ran $150 dollars in charges in a week before I figured it out. Horrible company

Using Velo transportation to move my classic car from new Mexico to Virginia, was a disaster, in my mind. Velo was used as a contractor by Stateway (who I will also not use, again). The driver was delayed in picking up my classic car (luckily, this did not impact me), my car was damaged during transport, and the driver even gave me a call late at night to find out if there was a "trick" to starting my car while en-route (he successfully started it previously, I'm guessing he flooded the engine this time). When it arrived, he didn't call me, as we agreed to. He just dropped it off at the shop. When I arrived, I immediately noticed damage and started a claim (which, 3 months later was denied, despite video evidence). I'm sure this review would have been different if there hadn't been damage, or they took responsibility. All in all, I didn't see the care or organization I would expected for an auto transport company, and it ended up costing me significant money to repair my classic car.
