If I could give this company a negative star I would. Yesterday I drove my brother and his girlfriend to Fontana from San Diego to pick up his car. Due to their trailer breaking down and not being able to deliver it until much later. After we arrive there, we see his car already taken down from the trailer. When he asked for the keys to the car to make sure everything was running. The transported demanded he sign the liability paper before giving him the keys. Note, the truck driver was Hispanic and spoke kindergarten English. My brother then had to speak to him in Spanish using what he remembered from college. When he got into the car and tried to reverse it, he was unable to move the car. There was a terrible smell coming out of the exhaust and the driver claimed it was not his fault. However, it was obvious the man did not know how to drive stick shift as my brothers car was a 2007 BMW. There is even an account of the driver pull the car into the trailer and stalling the engine three times before he got it up the ramp. After we found out it didn’t run, we called the company and instead of speaking to us as customers. The proceeded to try and diagnosis the reason the car couldn’t run over the phone. Claiming it was a “computer error” and that we needed to restart the system. Any auto shop would refuse to try and tell you what’s wrong with your car without a physical inspection. After the failed attempt at a diagnosis , the man we spoke to on the phone (refused to give us his name) proceeded to call my brothers girlfriend a bitch, and refuse to speak to us. After hanging up, the trailer drivers phone rang and we could hear him speaking to the driver and told the driver to walk away where we could not hear. In the end, we had to call AAA to tow the truck from Fontana to San Diego. Took the car to see the damage, and of course it was a burned clutch. I’m not sure how this company is still in business after their terrible service and awful employees. Don’t use them.

The worse customer service EVER!!! The supposedly owner of the company called me a cunt over the phone and many other words just for me wanting answers regarding service I was paying for. All their staff need training in how to treat a customer and have profesionalism in their profession. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
