Do not ship you car with this company. I booked through Nexus Auto and they use this company for the booking. My car was pick up in Ca and it was supposed to be taken to GA. They charged my card and pick up however when it was time to deliver only accepted Cash. Then calls at 6am Ca time to request 1150 in cash. What bank is open at 6am. And how did you expect me to give you cash in GA if I live in CA? If you charged my car at pick up then you should charge the same card at delivery. I think they trying to con and force cash as to not report it to the IRS. Then the driver states that he will place a lien on my car and take it if I dont produce cash. Never at any point was I informed of that until after he had my car across state. Had to report my Car stolen with the police. Save yourself time, money and legal fees and go with another company. Then the driver insults me by stating why I would ship my car if I was broke. Because I want a record of payment I have to be broke?. This company is unprofessional and criminal in their actions
