DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER. If you go through a broker also ask them NOT TO USE THIS CARRIER. Nicole was late, doesnt answer the phone and delivers at 3 am in the morning so you just want to get over it and then she asks for the full amount even tho she was late 3 weeks!! THREE WEEKS LATE AND THIS LADY REQUESTED THE WHOLE AMOUNT. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Nicole (the owner ) was 27 hours later than the time she told me via text then 9 days late delivering my car. There was a period of 5 days with no communication so I called the Police and reported the car stolen. When she finally showed only after 2 calls from Police officers she was no sorry and seemed not to care about the inconvenience and stress she had caused. She takes your car then drives around for days filling her hauler. NEVER HIRE THIS LADY AND IF YOU GO THROUGH A BROKER TELL THEM YOU DO NOT WANT CAPITAL AUTO LOGISTICS.
