The worst experience! Was given a 90 minute window from my road side assistance. Called the company direct a few times to confirm it would actually be 90 minutes and I could leave to get my small children home and come back to the vehicle. Could not reach anyone, so after 90 minutes in the hot Florida summer sun, the road side assistance company finally got them and they added another 45 minutes to the wait. Then a while later, I was connected to who I think was the owner. He thought he was talking to the road side company and he was cancelling the order because they were too busy. So, after sitting in the heat with my children for hours, I was left stranded and had to start over with a new towing company with a new 90 minute window. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

Absolutely the worst experience with a tow company I have ever had. Insurance company sent Caribbean Breeze Towing to help me after breaking down on a very busy 2 lane highway on a Friday afternoon. The driver called me after 30 minutes saying he couldn't find me. I explained where I was and screenshot him a location on map of exactly where I was. After waiting for 45 more minutes, I tried calling their company number only to get voicemail and the mailbox is full. Ended up calling my insurance company again and the nice lady found out that they cancelled the tow without informing me or my insurance. How can you leave a single female stranded just barely off the side of a busy street for hours and be OK with that?! Thankfully, Big Tow Towing came and helped me. I cannot stress enough, DO NOT USE CARIBBEAN BREEZE TOWING SERVICES!

Horrible service, I booked a tow truck and no one showed. 4 hours later they were still texting me that they were 149 minutes away. This is by far the worse company I have ever had to deal with and it's despicable the way you treat veterans.

Tow was dispatched at 4:15 was told they were on there way. 20 mins turned into hours. I have cancelled at 7:18 pm through USAA and the guy mysteriously shows up at 7:21 wanting to tow nope! Would give zero stars but had to give one to submit

This is absolutely the worst towing company in Denver. My experience was the same as the other reviews. They sent a confirmation that they were on their way then never showed up. When I called to see what was happening they said 60 more minutes. I was upset so he hung up on me. Needless to say they never showed up. My insurance company USAA set it up. Shame on them for using such an awful company. I had to put one star be able to submit but they get zero stars!

If you want your vehicle towed poorly and not taken to the right spot call caribbean breeze. If you want it towed correctly call northside towing.

The worst towing company in Denver Colorado. I waited for five hours in the freezing cold just to find out Caribbean Breeze towing cancelled the tow after confirming they would be there multiple times. Auto Towing saved the day.

Absolutely the worst. Don't use this company. My insurance company called Caribbean Towing as part of my roadside assistance. At 10:30 a.m. they told me they would arrive at 11:30 a.m. at 12:30 I called and asked for an updated ETA, they said it would be 1:00. It is now 3:00 pm and they still have not arrived. And now, when I call they have quit answering their phone. Gratefully, I am home waiting for a different tow company that I've called. If I were truly stranded on the side of the road, I would be hysterical.

I would give negative stars if I could!!!!! Absolutely terrible service. My insurance carrier contracted them to come pick up my vehicle and tow it for me. When they arrived, they couldn't locate the vehicle on the lot, and got into a verbal argument with the owners of the lot. I offered to help them locate the vehicle, but they literally just got in their tow truck and drove off without a word.
