Horrible driver who tried to push into oncoming traffic while repeatedly honking his horn. Called the owner and he basically said it’s always the other car that starts it. Said he’d look into it and call us back. Never did. This company doesn’t care about people.

Completely unprofessional. My insurance company sent a referral to him and after seeing my car, kept on driving down the block to stop at another house. When I told him it is my car that needed towing, he said he would be there in 5 minutes while he visits with a neighbor. After a few minutes I went back to where he was and told him I was in a hurry, he said he didn't need this and refused to tow my vehicle. I called my insurance company back to get a new tow company and suggested they never use him again. He has no business being in the customer service industry.
