I booked my car to be shipped down to Florida from New York through Goliath Auto Transport in Coconut Creek FL. They picked up the car on time when they were supposed to and delivered on time. It was pouring rain when I received the car. I signed the bill and paid the driver. The next day when the sun was out I inspected the car there was 3 dents, a paint chip and 2 new scratches. So I called Goliath they said they could do nothing and I should call the carrier. I called the carrier and explained the situation she asked if I signed the bill I said of course I did how else was I going to get the car. She said that was what protects them I asked how am I supposed to check the car in the rain? I explained there was no markings noted on the condition of vehicle report from the driver these were new. She said she would talk to the driver and I haven't hear anything from them. I know things can happen during transit but you should do the right thing when it is your fault. Then people would not give you a 1 star rating.
