Whoever the person answering the phone is extremely rude, and unprofessional. Zero introduction....just hello. I was shown damage when it had to be towed after shutting off..... the local tow driver was hooking up and showed me. Luckily my daughter recorded video. They said it was driven off the trailer, but was already off when I showed up. I have video of the sound of chains being retracted but they said they use wheel straps. Must have been butterflies or something. Guy then just hung up on me. If you can avoid these clowns, I recommend it. I even gave them a 12 pk of beer and they left knowing what they did. Karma baby!!!

Arizona Auto Relocation LLC transported both my 2007 Toyota Camry and 2010 Honda Accord. The driver carrier's name is Denny, which he is one of the owners. Denny was very communicative with me and delivered my vehicles 2-3 days earlier than expected. It never felt so great to see my vehicle again. After Denny unloaded both vehicles I did a walk through. The Camry was delivered save and sound, meanwhile my Honda Accord was delivered with scuffs on the rear bumper. Arizona Auto Relocation LLC refused to take ownership of my vehicle damages. Someone who answered the phone other than Denny was extremely rude, sarcastic, and disrespectful. I had a collision place reach out to Denny to take care of my claim and Denny told the collision company "I do not have anything to do with this vehicle" and disconneced the call. I highly do not recommend Arizona Auto Relocation LLC. Stay away from Arizona Auto Relocation. AutoStar will do their best to leave Now I am stuck with a damaged rear bumper on my Honda Accord.

Vehicle picked up on 1/25 and was scheduled to be delivered 1/31. Actually delivered on 2/21 (ONE MONTH LATER). We had to send a POLICE OFFICER to their place of business (which is someone's house) because we thought they STOLE our vehicle. They never answered our calls and when we did hear from them they lied telling us it would be delivered by noon or in one more day (this went on for 3 WEEKS). Story changed daily. FINALLY when vehicle was delivered it had been spray painted and bumper was dented. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS!! Worse experience with transportation company EVER!!!

I hire this unprofessional people to transport my car from PA to NM, they made pay a lot of storage fees, they promised me they will cover these expenses and the car will be picked up the "next day" guess what? That next day never come and storage fees increased, at the end the never answer my calls and texts, I was needed to pay all the storage fees and hire another company, Please STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, AS AN ARMY VETERAN I ENCOURAGE ALL MILITARY PERSONAL TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I would not recomend this company.Transported my vehicle from east coast to west coast. They lack in communication, do not deliver on said dates. I was without my vehicle for a few days, which resulted in missed appointments and aggravating re scheduling. my vehicle was damaged, and I am still trying to settle . The communication from the broker to the carrier, and along the way, was poor. Not a very positive experience . We are at the mercy of trusting, but I found out, in all my years of living, there is not much to trust out there.

This company transported my car from MA to AZ. For starters, they picked up my car 3 days late as well as delivered it 2 days later than was told/promised! Second, my car was delivered damaged: rear spoiler with 3rd brake light off my car. The owner did offer to buy the part vs me putting in a claim. All that was purchased was the spoiler. I had to purchase the brake light as well as pay for the labor to have it put on. Third: they took/used my toll transponder on the trip. The transponder was hidden in the car seat between material and the plastic and was not there when the car was delivered. I checked my statement and sure enough, it was used! I do not recommend them to anyone! Please do lots of research before choosing a transportation company!!
