Hello I work for car collections this car Carrier left us a bad review and I'm just leaving a rebuttal, this Transportation company secure express Transportation LLC, 1st of all was late 5 days Delivering the 2 vehicles that we had him pick up from San Antonio Texas. 2nd of all they expected to get a full payment after they were told that we needed to vehicles deliberate on a certain day and a promise to do so. 3rd of all the company's owner came up to the dealership all unprofessional raising his voice in making threats stay away from his transportation company they will deliver your vehicles Lake this is not the 1st time they've done this and expect to get full payment If you value to a sanity unit will not allow Secure express auto transportation to deliver your vehicles on time.Thank you have an excellent day.

Stay far, far away from Nathaniel and his company We are a small scale dealership who have been in business for 10 years now. We have been shipping cars throughout the country for this entire time and I have to say, this company is at the bottom of the pile. From the get go we had nothing but problems. The driver is the only one so far who insisted we had to take the car to a location convenient to him. A couple of days later he gets stuck somewhere in TX and is not informing us or the buyer of any updates. When my staff calls them to inquire on where the car is or what is the ETA, the driver won't cooperate and gets testy. Calling the owner Nathaniel for further inquiries turned into a disaster. He gets extremely rude, yells and cusses out my staff, reducing her to tears. He then threatens to impound the car! It took a huge effort on my broker's part to get the car delivered. Company then proceeds to give the wrong meeting place to my buyer and keeps him waiting for 2 hours past the time he said he was going to be there. Drops off the car and the keys and drives right off without even giving my buyer a chance to inspect the car. This has been by far the worst shipping company we had to deal with. If you ever run into them, wait a couple of more days and find another shipper to pick up your car. It is not worth the trouble of using them even if they do it 50% cheaper than everyone else.
