Dispatched a vehicle to this carrier on Jan/27/2021, supposedly it will be picked up on Jan/28, today is Feb/04 and the vehicle still haven't being pickup and I'm paying storage fees, their representative with phone number 423-620-9818 keeps finding all kind of excuse and telling us that they'll pick it up tomorrow and then tomorrow and so on till yesterday and today are not picking up their phone at all while I tried at least 5 times including their manager/owner using these phone numbers Contact: Michael Click
