Under no circumstances should you use this carrier. He damaged a vehicle we were transporting by dropping the ramp on to the roof of the car.
His deductible for cargo damage was $5000 and the damage was only $2000. So his insurance company won't pay out anything and he won't respond to calls. This is despite the fact the damage is not in his own pickup photos but in the delivery photos.
