We DO NOT recommend this carrier! They transported our 2 vehicles from WA to FL and were in an accident with a semi truck. 1 of our cars was totaled & the other severely damaged. It took them over a month to get us any information about the accident! They were too concerned filing a claim for their damaged transport truck than they were with the cargo under their care! While they had our cars, the new stereo system was ripped out of the dash & they claimed they didn't know how it was stolen! This company is THE WORST!

This company damaged my vehicle in excess of 2000.00 and refused to pay for the repairs after I acquired a repair quote from a certified repair body shop. Only offered to pay for half of the repairs which ended up costing me for their poor service.

This company damaged my vehicle in excess of 3000.00 and refused to pay their 2000.00 deductible to me. They accused me of transporting drugs in my vehicle when I requested payment from them. Highly unprofessional. Stay away from this company.

This was the worst transport experience I’ve ever had! My car was picked up on a Wednesday and I didn’t receive it until 10 days later! I was quoted a rate of 1850.00 and asked to put 350.00 down for deposit which left a balance of 1500.00! On delivery I was asked to pay an additional 200 bucks which was a total amount of 2050! This company sucks and I will definitely never use them or recommend them to anyone!
