I usually don't give bad reviews but I am forced to write this one. It's not about the damage they did to our vehicle, it's how they handled the call and about customer service. Diver was very rude and started yelling(defensive mode) as soon as he got on the call. The lady on the phone said to me " Well the scratches are under the bumper no one see them anyways"...They have no business ethics and humanity. I can write a whole page on this episode but just wanted to let others aware of them. To me how you conduct yourself with another human being/client is so important than Monetary. Unfortunately, I couldn't give them 0 stars because that's what I would have given.
