The carrier charged more than they initially told us- first saying that we could have 200 pounds of shipping. Then they said 100 pounds. Then when they picked up the car, they said that only 50 pounds was allowed and that we had more than that. They never actually weighed anything. The car was 2 days later than estimated, and Laura was rude and unhelpful on the phone.
