Terrible customer service. They don’t pick up the phone. I had to call numerous times just to get a hold of someone. I was given the run around all day about when the driver was coming to pick up my car and was told different things all day. Then was told they couldn’t get in contact with the driver. Unreliable and untrustworthy

Damaged my car, their own photos show the damage although it wasn't caught into next day as they delivered late at night in the dark outside development. However their pickup photos show no damage and their delivery photos show the damage and they won't respond to emails, Lark responds on the phone to send him photos and ignores them. AVOID THIS COMPANY!. To my fellow Veterans...beware.

Driver Askale transported our vehicle from NC to Houston TX. He stayed in communication with us the entire time. He was professional and friendly. Our vehicle arrived on time and we will be referring JR Trans to the thousands of Moms at my son’s university! Thank you Askale for a stress-free transport!

Worst customer service in the world I was worried that it was a scam and my truck wouldn't make it which it didn't my family had to drive an hour and a half in Arkansas to pick up my truck cuz they wouldn't bring it to my house I paid for a service to be brought picked up in California and delivered in Arkansas to my house and they wouldn't do it they even threatened to take it to a tow company and leave it there if I didn't meet them I wouldn't use this company to transport a Tonka toy

My car was supposed to be picked up on Wednesday and delivered on Monday. They did not pickup until Thursday and the driver did not leave until Saturday. I called multiple time asking about the status and was told it would be delivered within their 2 day window of Monday or Tuesday and that I would receive a call the day prior to it being delivered. I called back Monday and was told it would be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday and to wait for a call from the driver. I called back Tuesday and for an update and they said the driver was now in my state but has other deliveries and to be patient. It is now Wednesday which is outside of the grace period and my vehicle is still not here. When I call I must call repeatedly in order to get them to answer the phone (this last time I called 18 times in a row). The lady on the phone is very rude and makes up excuses why the delay might be happening. What is the point of a drop off window if they don’t have to drop it off during that time. I paid extra to get my car delivered quickly and this is ending up taking longer. The company is very shady and I worry that this may be a scam. I would not use this company ever again. They have a c rating with BBB and should not be used or trusted.

Mary is The worst individual to have as Dispach very rude she things ! Don’t pick up call for day don’t return calls to keep u update very unprofessional! Never again I used this guy ! Mary is the worst of the worst !!! Extremely rude don’t know how to speak to customers zero customer satisfaction on top she hung up on me !!

This was the worst company to relocate my truck. If I could give 0 stars I would. No communication was given, and the way things were handled was terrible.
