Beware! Do not do business with this company! Very dishonest! They damaged my 1958 Buick Special while transporting from Oklahoma to Colorado on May 18, 2017 resulting in at least $2,500 in cost to repair (likely more since headliner needs to be properly removed and reinstalled). Their red transport truck rails smashed my car roof due to driver negligence and there are several noticeable dents scratches and red marks which exactly line up with their truck rails. Driver Mike Long picked vehicle up in dark at night and thus could not be certain about damage, and owner Alfonso Gill promised me at delivery (when I reluctantly had to pay driver in full to get my car dropped off), that they would pay for damage if I submitted a bid for repair from a paint and body shop. I presented a bid to them for $2,500 from a reputable paint and body shop, and now Alpha Elite Transport, Gill Alfonso, or Mike Long will not pay anything, and will not respond back to me either after repeated attempts to resolve matter. I have pictures and seller to support my claim of vehicle condition at time of pick up which did not have the damage. Company is ignoring me and hoping I will go away. Terrible way to do business! I filed report with Better Business Bureau, taking other action, and plan on suing them in Civil Court.
