I used Sherpa which contracted this company out. They showed up to pick up car without notifying me with ETA. Upon delivery the car was dropped off in the middle of the street. I get in the car drive 50ft park and 5 mins later get back in and car wouldn’t start. I text the delivery guy he said oh yea the battery was dead so I jumped it and didn’t even tell me. (It’s a brand new car). Now I have a car that won’t run and roadside can’t get it to jumpstart.
