My car was recently towed by this company, about 7 minutes away from the residence which I was dropping something off at. Upon picking up my car, there were several messages that came up, and the steering did not feel right. My car is a 2018 and has had no prior issues. When I tried to call and explain what was wrong they claimed they had “no idea” what it could be from. The repair shop gave me a call and explained that it was obvious that the damage was caused by improper towing and that my tie rods had been twisted so badly my front tires were working in opposite directions when steering (very dangerous to drive on). He explained that whoever loaded the car onto the truck just hooked it to anything and dragged it without any care. I would not recommend this company at all as they seem to have no regard for property that isn’t theirs.
