They damaged my car, gave me the run-around for a month and had to be threatened with poor ratings and legal action to accept liability and pay for my repair. If you use them and your car is damaged take your own pictures and get a police report. They were unprofessional, rude and unresponsive and even asked me to share the cost of a rental car while my car was being repaired which I certainly did not do. I paid $1500 to transport the car on good faith. I am sure these things happen but when they do you expect a reputable business to accept responsibility immediately. They did not. It was a ridiculous display of the opposite and I had to stay on them for weeks to even get a reply to multiple emails. It should not taken all that time,angst and frustration.
