They repoed my vehicle of Oct 2024. I went to pickup my property a month later since I didn't have a ride. All my property was missing, I had expensive shoes and clothing items missing. I was homeless living out of the vehicle for them to come take the care and steal all my items inside. There was hundreds of dollars worth of valuables stolen.

My Ford Fusion Sport AWD was towed/repoed on 22nd July 2022 and from South Palm Springs to their Indio storage location. I was polite to the repo/tow guy. When I collected my car on August 2, the tow guy said to the attendant I was nice to him on the collection. I had no personal effects to collect as I emptied my car before it was towed. The day I drove it home I noticed something wasn't right with the car I was hearing metal on metal crunching sounds when turning. I immediately took my car to Ford on August 3. I was told by Ford on August 10 that my drive train for the AWD system was screwed. Cost to repair is $5000 This damage was done when my vehicle was towed over 25 miles without putting the car in the proper towing mode.

They Stole my 9yr old son's nintendo switch worth $400.00 which was in the vehicles' glove compartment and misteriously disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession at 41 South G Street Perris CA Highway Fourteen Inc They steal from kids, elderly, the sick, they have No Shame !! no respect and complete disregard for others and their property! All kinds of complaints on file with BBB. Filed a police report ! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF CORRUPTION FLOWING IN THIS BUSINESS!!

This company doesn’t answer any calls or mail any paperwork regarding your property or vehicle. They are very difficult to reach.

Left a message to be called back even though their lines were busy for a good hour I still got a call back 25 minutes like the gentleman stated..Instead of driving down the hill I was able to recover my vehicle in victorville due to they yet haven't transported my car to Ontario, which I think that was neat ..My car i got back in its normal condition..

By far the worst company ever, it is called conversion when they force you to pay for your personal property. They also can not make you sign a waiver to retrieve your personal property. Be warry and check everything as they do not return all personal items and will help themselves to items that they want. Their agents are also violating the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collections Act and numerous other laws when repossessing a vehicle. If you ever have to deal with this company, be aware and cautious. If I could give 0 stars I would. And we are not bitter because it got repossessed, we are bitter over how we have been treated and the actions of the "agent" when retrieving the vehicle.

Dear Paramount Recovery, I am writing this letter to express my frustration and determination; On February 21, 2018 I was scheduled to recover my property from your yard address 4444 E. Olympic in Los Angeles. Having known this I tuck the day off from work because the scheduled time was during my work hours, when I got there I met with the attendant and advised him of what I had in my car and I wanted to go retrieve it, he didn’t allow me to enter the yard, I wanted to make sure I got everything back and nothing broken. He replied don’t worry “boss” ill make sure you get all your things back. I Told him what I items I had in the car and to please make sure I got my tools and my two pair of sun glasses. Again he assured me I would get everything back. Then her asked for the keys because the car was locked and no one had cleaned it out yet. I gave him the car key then he went inside the yard and closed the gate/fence which is covered all around with black tarp and cameras everywhere. About 25 minutes later he came out with my property in bags and asked me to sing a paper stating that I had received my property; I questioned him why would I sign if I hadn’t had the chance to check to see if the items where there. Again he said everything was there; that he made sure I would get my items and if I didn’t sign; I would not get my things. I signed the paper and started to put the bags in car quickly because my car was double parked on the street. When I got home and looked through everything I notice gym bag, softball bag had all the zippers, compartments open; right there I started feeling really awful about it. I check for all my things and had several things missing, below are some items that are missing. Other new gloves, watch, and expensive sunglasses where returned to me. If you ever have the misfortune of having your car repo'd by them, please know that they will help themselves to any valuables, such as cash, coins, etc in your vehicle.
