I would give them 0 stars but that is not an option. They treat their customers like criminals. I had a car transported by them, make sure you read the contract (every word). When I booked with Direct Connect I told the dispatcher that I had a small compressor and small toolbox. When they came to pickup the vehicle told it would be an additional $300.00 They were not transported. Don't use this company!!!!!!!
