DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY VEHICLE SHIPPING NEEDS
HD TRANSPORT EXPRESS shipped my vehicle from Broward FL to San Diego California. I am a traveling healthcare worker and decided to get my car shipped out since I will be in California for the next couple of months.
The company stated that I should receive my vehicle in 5-6 days. After 6 days my vehicle never arrived. I kept calling the company over and over and never got a response. They never picked up my calls nor did they ever call to let me know that there would be a delay in delivery.
I ended up reaching out to the person who
pick up my vehicle back in Fl. He stated the driver was also not picking up his calls. After some time the driver by the name of Octavio picked up and told him my vehicle will be delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow never came. After 4 days of tomorrow's my vehile was finally delivered after 10 days!!!!
Once the vehicle was finally in San Diego the Dispatcher Naivy Valenzuela who is the daughter of the driver finally calls my phone after days of ignoring my phone calls to let me know my vehicle is here. To make matters worst she said that the only way to get my vehicle is to meet the driver because he could not drop the vehicle in front of my home. The contact I signed stated that my vehicle would be delivered in front of my home but that was not the case.
She sent me the location and I realized that I was a 15 min walk away from the driver.Once I was a few minutes away from thr location I realized that delivery location was on a major freeway!!!!
THE DRiVER LITERALLY PARKED THEIR 18 WHEELER VEHILCE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FREEWAY AND PARKED MY CAR THERE AS WELL.THIS COMPANY REALLY MADE ME PICKUP MY CAR ON A MAJOR FREEWAY JUST SO THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TO DRIVE THEIR 18 WHEELER IN FRONT OF MY HOME!!!. I was livid and in disbelief. When I approcahed the driver he just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders.
I will never use this company again and would not recommend anyone to use them .

I paid a company called RoadRunner Auto Transport $1,045 to have my car transported from FL to CA. Then I paid an additional $100 to have things in my car. I used their services 5 years ago to ship a different car I had. There was no issue and they were very transparent. When I spoke on the phone to the man who coordinated the transport he asked me to pay for it right then.. when I received the contract the bottom left of the paperwork states “there is no amount due upon delivery.”
So, the driver and company who was assigned to my car was HD transport express inc.
the driver was supposed to arrive on Monday the 23 of March. He did not call until around 4/5pm Monday telling me he would be coming the following day. (That’s fine). March 24 comes along and he calls me in the afternoon to tell me he won’t be able to get the car until 6-8pm. So when he arrived he was very unprofessional, super unfriendly and barely looked me in my eye.
He had an issue with my car having stuff in it to which I told him I paid extra to have this in my vehicle.
He had me sign a paper he did not discuss any type of payment owed to him at the time of delivery..
He took my car and gave me this bill of landing.
Now he requests that I pay $800 to have my car upon delivery. And of course my hands are tied because I signed a stupid contract that I naturally assumed was just be allowing them to take my car since I had already paid out over $1,000 and was lead to believe I did not owe any upon delivery as stated in my contract with RoadRunner Auto Transport.
Now, all of this wouldn’t be an issue if the companies had been transparent with their customers. auto transport should have told me there would be a possibility I could be charged an additional amount on top of the $1,145 I have already paid in full.
The gentleman handling my car could have told me that his company would charge me an additional $800 instead of being extremely standoffish and quite frankly rude.
