Absolutely DO NOT USE. I went with this company because they were in the mid range of all the offers I had received and decided I would try the company regardless of the limited reviews, HUGE MISTAKE. My car was picked up Saturday Sept 14. and Martin (the driver) relayed that the car would be delivered to my location on Tuesday 9/17. Tuesday comes and there is no communication from Martin as to the whereabouts of my vehicle. So, like any normal person I call! Not a peep from Martins so I have my parent's, and the scheduler call as well. Nothing. The next day (Wednesday) Martin contacts my stepfather and tells him that his truck had broken down which was the cause of delay, but he was now back on the road, and I should receive my car Thursday (9/19). About 3pm comes on Thursday and guess what? STILL NO CAR or word from Martin. 10pm comes on Thursday and I call before going to bed and Martin answers and says I should get it tonight. Then proceeds to ask my address and says it will actually arrive Friday morning...We arrive at Friday morning around 7:30 am and I get a call saying he's across a 4 lane road at the gas station and I need to come there to get it. I HAVE NO CAR REMEBER!!! So I run across 4 lanes of traffic to get to my vehicle. I then proceed to ask him is there a discount since my car is now 3 days late and I have spent my own money to get around due to his delay and lack of communication. I refer to the contract for when my car was supposed to be delivered which he tells me doesn't matter and starts to raise his voice. SO you're telling me you can just keep my car as long as you want regardless of a contract and provide little to no communication about MY vehicle! He tries to walk off so I give him the cash and ask for a receipt and bill of lading. He gives neither of those. I then ask for some form of receipt which he proceeds to text my phone saying he received the cash. Upon getting my keys I get in the car to realize my front seats are COVERED in

Horrible services. The driver is extremely rude. Schedule to be drop off on Sat, didnt call to let us know he's running behind. Delivery our car the next day in horrible condition. Had scatter rocks in the front bumper and windshield. I will not suggest anybody to this company.
